This is a statement I took from a famous Japanese Anime, One Piece. Initially, this statement was really strong in my eyes and it implied that failure is very desirable. Of course, no one wants to fail, but is failure necessary to succeed? No, because people can succeed without failing because, for example, they possess a certain knowledge that enabled them to be successful at a particular thing at the first place.

Failure enables someone to succeed in life because it teaches him/her how to be successful. However, not everyone turns a failure into a learning opportunity. Thus, only those who learn from failure can be successful. In this world, some people, who do not have adequate education, only learns using a trial-and-error method. They fail, they try again until they succeed. For these people, failure is necessary. In fact, it can be strangely charming because the more one fails the higher the likelihood he/she will succeed next time. Therefore, no failure, no success.
