Alarm clocks and apps in your smart phone can get you up early, plus the bad mood and lack of sleep. This happens to some people, including myself. Many individuals found that sleeping on the floor is beneficial to not only getting enough sleep, but also regulating a healthy sleeping habit.

The reason I am writing this post is to tell the people out there that if you really need to wake up in the early morning, sleeping on the floor is a great idea. I know! Wait hear me out, this is said because the floor is way firmer than the bed. Currently, I am looking for a job in the Chicago area and to utilize my time wisely, I need to get up 6 o'clock in the morning every business day and I think this habit has helped me stay consistent.

I found an article that supports the habit of sleeping on the floor and it gives support to the people who have backaches. Sleeping on the floor is not very comfortable and this is why it is easier to wake up as soon as possible. Thus, no lounging in a comfy bed and the individual gets the least amount of sleeping which is about 5-7 hours. Here is the link to the article I found. http://www.md-health.com/Sleeping-on-the-Floor.html
